Every Maison Marvull order is baked fresh after your order is placed. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During holidays, special releases or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery estimates begin once your package has shipped. To help ensure maximum freshness, Maison Marvull typically ships orders Monday through Wednesday. Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our bakery. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your cookies within 5–7 days of delivery.
Cookies may also be frozen for up to 3 months while maintaining their quality.
To keep your cookies tasting their best, store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

Because our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, Maison Marvull cannot guarantee freshness if a package is delayed by the shipping carrier or left unattended after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and product.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Maison Marvull is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
