At Maison Marvull, every cookie is baked in small batches and carefully packaged to help preserve freshness during transit. We use USPS Priority Mail to deliver orders safely and as quickly as possible.
Every Maison Marvull order is baked fresh after it is placed. Our regular shipping days are:
Same-day shipping: Orders placed by 10:00AM ET on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday typically ship that same business day.
Orders placed after 10:00AM ET will ship on the next eligible shipping day.
Orders placed after 10:00AM ET on Wednesday or anytime Thursday through Sunday, will typically ship the following Monday. This schedule helps reduce the chance of freshly baked cookies remaining in transit over the weekend.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed during holidays, limited releases, severe weather, unusually high order volume or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is accepted by USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Transit estimates begin after USPS accepts the package and does not include baking or order-preparation time. USPS Priority Mail delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
USPS may experience delays due to weather, holidays, operational interruptions, destination or other circumstances beyond Maison Marvull’s control.
You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our bakery and is transferred to USPS.
For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your cookies within 5–7 days of delivery.

Heating times may vary by appliance. Allow the cookie to cool briefly before eating, as the center and chocolate pieces may become hot.
Maison Marvull currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
