Once a package is marked delivered, customers should promptly retrieve and properly store the order.
Cookies and other baked goods are perishable. Freshness may be affected by shipping delays, weather, temperature, storage conditions or a package being left unattended after delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, cookie sales are generally final.
